Northern-Stars Astrology Conference
The Northern-Stars Astrology Conference will run 02 to 04 October 2020 at the Royal Artillery Park Officers’ Club in Halifax NS. Our keynot speaker is Christos Archos, ISAR Global Director for Greece. We hope to have an ISAR exam on the following Monday, and are awaiting confirmation of that.
We are also working with ISAR to get a two-day professional training seminar on Tuesday the 3rd through Thursday the 5th of October, dovetailing the conference. Conference registration opens 4 pm sharp on Friday 02 October with lectures, nibbles and a cash bar.
Our Conference gala dinner will be held Saturday evening at a restaurant close to the venue. Details will be posted here and at registration. PLEASE REGISTER for the dinner when you register for the conference.
ISAR members and members of Canadian Astrology Associations may apply to have the APAA rate, with proof of membership in their local club.
This Conference will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend in person, recordings will be available after the event on this website with proceeds to the speakers, barring an act of god.
We will be streaming the main lectures. Please get in touch if a streaming ticket is of interest.

THE POWER OF LUNAR RETURNS

Rebecca Garcia is a qualified Certified Consultant Astrologer, who gives accurate Astrology readings to her clients. She uses her intuition and faith in GOD, the Universe, to offer guidance to all her clients and encouraging them to move in a positive direction and face the challenges that may lie ahead of them…
Rebecca is currently the President of the Vancouver / Fraser Valley Astrological Guild since 2015. She has been a long-time member of the Guild since 1995.
Rebecca has an ISAR Consulting Certificate (International Society for Astrological Research) and CAAE’s Level III Certificate (Canadian Astrological Associations for Education). She’s currently working towards her diplomas. She is also a student of the Faculty of Astrological Studies (FAS), Oxford, London, UK and already finished the Modules 1-3, 6 & 7. She is working for her FAS Certificates/Diplomas. She has various Astrology Master Classes Certificates from Astrologos (Bernadette Brady of London, UK). She’s a member of different International Astrological Organizations: i.e., FAS, AFA, OPA, ISAR, CAAE, VFVAG. She is very active in attending Astrology Conferences/Workshops in different parts of the world; i.e.: London, UK (FAS); Tucson, Arizona (OPA), Seattle, USA (NORWAC); Costa Mesa, California (ISAR) and other Canadian Workshops/Conferences… She’s a lifetime student of Astrology. She believes that Astrology is never-ending studying… She wants to help people to understand their roots…their potentials…enhance the positive energy and cancel the negative energy!
Rebecca has an academic degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Paralegal, and Certificates in the Canadian Securities Course… She used to work in a Corporate and Legal environment for 40 years until she decided to retire and just focus on her passion; her calling: ASTROLOGY!
Indeed, the configurations of the planets when she was born showed that Rebecca is meant to be an Astrologer. Her rising sign (time she was born) is in Sagittarius (ruling planet, Jupiter (expansion – higher learning), Sun (yourself), Mercury (studying/mental thinking), and North Node (mission in life) are all in the sign of Aquarius (sign of Astrology) in the second house (what you value in life…); Uranus (Astrology) in Cancer (8th house – deep research, transformation); Moon (emotion) trines Saturn (11th house – house of Astrology); groups of people); Jupiter in Taurus (Venus) sextiles Uranus; Venus and Mars (action) trine Uranus (Astrology)… These planets were all activated when she started studying Astrology in 1995.

C’est un regroupement lâche de gens partageant les mêmes idées afin que nous puissions rester en contact et nous soutenir mutuellement. Le français et l’anglais ont la même place ici et nous ne traduirons pas toujours, car les navigateurs peuvent le faire pour nous maintenant! J’espère que tous les groupes et clubs locaux trouveront un espace ici, ainsi que des groupes d’intérêt (nous avons déjà Bryan Trussler de Kitchener qui dirige la page mondiale).
Une fois que nous nous sommes tous installés ici, je voudrais proposer un “sommet” en ligne afin que nous puissions tous mieux nous connaître et partager des idées. Je peux mettre le lien dans l’espace des membres.

Welcome to the idea we invented in Edmonton at the 2019 Conference!
This is not an organisation! It is a loose grouping of like-minded folk so we can keep in touch and support each other. French and English have equal place here and we won’t always translate, because browsers can do that for us now! I am hopeful that all local groups and clubs will find a space here, also interest groups (we already have Bryan Trussler of Kitchener running the Mundane page)
Once we all settle in here, I would like to propose an online “summit” so we can all get to know each other better and share ideas. I can put the link in the members’ area.
